I started reading Wintergirls today. It’s reallly good and I can’t stop reading it. I’ve been thinking about my e.d lately and everyone (doctors, internet, health teachers, etc.) say that eating disorders come from a deeper problem. Although I admit that I didn’t have a “normal” or a “good” childhood, I don’t think it’s stemmed from that. I honestly just want to be skinny. I want to be tan, have white teeth, be skinny etc. Nothing behind it, I just want to be perfect.
Really really wishing this will start happening soon..
Lefty works wonders! I’ve started incorporating it in the mornings after my pikes if I don’t want to do the cross knee tucks! And the right is wonderful! After 2 minutes of 6 inches or my minute and a half of flutter kicks, I always push myself to end with some of those!
